緊急通報依頼カードは、聴覚、音声、言語機能に障害があるため、１１９番通報ができない方や、日本語をうまく話すことができない外国人の方が、外出先等で場所などの情報を十分に伝えられない場合に、近くにいる人に通報を依頼するためのカードです。
　緊急通報依頼カードは、日本語、英語、中国語、韓国語の４種類があります。

If you are disabled in some way that makes reporting an emergency somewhat difficult, or you don’t speak Japanese very well which makes describing the situation or the precise location of an incident somewhat challenging, during an emergency situation you may use the Emergency Call Request Card to have a person that is nearby make the call to 119 for you and report the incident with greater precision.
The Emergency Call Request Card comes in four languages: Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean.
